Welcome to Adkins & Morris Accountants
Set up in 1983 by Terry Morris and Nigel Adkins who due to different personal injuries met in Stoke Manderville hospital.

Terry & Nigel worked together until 1990 when due to outside problems they went sole trade. In March 2004 Adkins & Morris (Rugby) Limited was set up Terry and Wendy Morris. with two employees. The business has steadily grown to todays client base by looking after clients at a reasonable fee, being assessable and friendly without the jargon.

NEW BUSINESS
We offer a one hour free consultation for individuals and partners wishing to set up in business. This includes an explanation of the tax system, paye, nic and also the consideration of a limited company.The session is usually directed by your questions.

BOOK KEEPING & VAT RETURNS
We can maintain your records on a weekly,monthly or quarterly basis via Sage L50 or Accounts Preparation. If you are vat registered the same service is supplied.

PAYROLL
We offer a Sage Payroll service to current clients only including weekly and monthly pay and also the completion of your monthly Inland Revenue slip and year end P35/38/60 Etc.

Our year end service also includes electronic submission to the Inland Revenue.

By completing clients paye, this obviously helps with their years accounts as the necessary payroll figures are already completed.

SELF ASSESSMENT RETURNS
We do complete some small individual returns from £45 but our main business is that of completing bookkeeping,accounts and finaly the self assessment.
