Ian Goodwin
Ian joined Pittaway’s in 2006 after spending six years as a consultant Quantity Surveyor, working for numerous contractors and developers including Pittaway’s, bringing with him a wealth of experience in many diverse sectors. He was promoted to Managing Director in 2007 with the aim of developing business activities in core market areas and enhancing its position as one of the regions leading contractors.

Tracey Taylor
As one of Pittaway’s longest serving people, Tracey has grown with the company and has been instrumental in its successful development. Possessing extensive knowledge of local construction markets, Tracey takes overall responsibility for co-ordinating projects and commercial operations.

Dick Smalley
Joining the business in 1991 Dick brought with him a tremendous breadth of knowledge and experience from across the building and civil engineering industry. Having ran his own business for a number of years, Dicks understanding of the technical and commercial aspects of building projects is unsurpassed and he takes responsibility for Pittaway’s major projects.

John Reeves
Having joined us from a major regional contractor, John brings a wealth of contracts management experience. With a particular focus on driving and improving company Health and Safety Management and promoting our training culture, John takes responsibility for the running of both major projects and small works.

Glenn Hardy
Due shortly to complete his Degree in Quantity Surveying, Glenn provides estimating and quantity surveying support to the company as well as managing small to medium sized projects. He has gained valuable experience in Pittaway’s core activities and will continue to develop his surveying and project management skills on increasingly complex projects.

Leisa Curry
Taking responsibility for Human Resources and driving the marketing activities for the company, Leisa manages the administration of the company. Leisa has been instrumental in the introduction of formal management systems since joining in 2001 including our Investor in People, CHAS and Constructionline accreditations.

Fay Bennett
Fay takes responsibility for the company management accounting systems including sales and purchase ledger, as well as managing construction specific functions including CIS and B&CE contributions.

Carol Whitehead
Providing administration support for the company, Carol has been with Pittaway’s since 2002 and is responsible for monitoring and issuing technical and tender documentation, in addition to reception duties.
