Delivery
We strive to keep all of the items featured on our website in stock.

Standard Delivery – £3.95 - 3 to 5 days transit times should be allowed following the day of dispatch. This option will not guarantee delivery on a specific date. Please allow at least 6 days should you need to contact us for tracking purposes.



 

Although we try to get all our orders dispatched on the day of order, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:

1. Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit card which could delay your order

2. Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers.

Please note we are unable to deliver to certain locations around the world. If your country is not listed when you are entering a delivery or billing address, then we will not be able to deliver there. We hope that you enjoy your purchase from USG.

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any items to us in its original condition* within 30days of receipt. Exchanges and/or Refunds will only be granted within this timescale.

Please enclose a COPY OF THE INVOICE and a brief covering letter explaining the reason for the return and whether a refund or a replacement is preferred. If you do not include all of the necessary paperwork then the refund or replacement of your goods may be delayed or not be completed.

USG recommend that items be sent back to us via some form of recorded delivery. This means that if your parcel is lost in the post then you will be able to claim from the carrier who posted your parcel for the goods lost. USG will not accept responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Postage costs incurred to return items will only be re-funded if an incorrect item has been dispatched by USG i.e. if we have made a mistake. We will not refund the postage if we have sent out what you have ordered.

If you believe you have been sent an incorrect item & wish to be credited for the postage, please include a receipt for the postage cost incurred. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to credit the cost.

Faulty items will be inspected & if deemed to be faulty due to a manufacturing fault, USG will credit you for the item to the value when purchased.

*Note: Original Condition may mean the following;

Rackets/Bats: USG will only refund or replace a racket or bat if it HAS NOT BEEN USED IN ANYWAY. The plastic cover must be still around the handle & there should be no scuff marks or paint chips anywhere on the item.

Clothing: USG will only be able to refund or replace clothing if the item has not been worn (this does not include trying on for size), washed or had the label removed. Clothes should also be put back into the packaging before returning them to us.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
